About the event
If you know that you or your team don't always get the information that they need to give the best treatment and offer the most effective homecare, it comes down to the basics of communication and this is something that we all need to learn!
This event will be a group session, you can send as many or as few of your team to the session as you wish, it's a simple £7 per attendee and there are limited spaces so reserve yours now. The attendees can give scenarios if they would like to submit them and will get the chance to ask questions, but this course will cover general communication and dealing with complaints or conflict.
