About the event
We invite all members of staff to participate In this session, we look at how to make an impression, we talk about positive solutions as well as introducing the benefits of consultation. We discuss the "Professional cloak" and appropriate conversations for the clinic/ salon as well as rebookings and the part they play in client loyalty.
This event will be a group session, you can send as many or as few of your team to the session as you wish, it's simply £7 per attendee and there are limited spaces so reserve yours.
